Kostas
Tsagkaris

CEO/ Founder

Dr. Kostas Tsagkaris is the General Manager and co-founder of Incelligent. He received his Ph.D. degree in 2004 from the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science of the National Technical University of Athens and was awarded with the “Ericsson’s awards of excellence in Telecommunications”. He continued working as a senior research engineer in the area of network design, management and optimization. He has several publications and patents, and has contributed in standardization committees and working groups. In 2012, he also co-founded WINGS ICT Solutions.

Technology Development Specialist/ Founder

Panagiotis Demestichas is the co-founder, technology development specialist of WINGS ICT Solutions and its spin-out Incelligent, and a professor at the University of Piraeus. He holds a Diploma and a Ph.D. degree on Electrical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). He holds patents, has published numerous articles and research papers, and is a member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) and a Senior Member of IEEE.

Chief Commercial Officer

Vassilis Koulouris leads the marketing and commercial activities at Incelligent. He is a senior executive with focus on Information Technology and Telecommunications, over 25 years of experience in directing multinational teams and recognized leadership in service delivery, digital strategy, restructuring and people management. He has successfully entered into commercial agreements with Tier 1 Global Operators for Incelligent’s Big Data Analytics/ Predictive Solutions.

Aristotelis Margaris

Big Data & AI Solutions Architect

Αristotelis Margaris is a Big Data and AI Solutions architect at Incelligent. He received his BSc and MSc degree from the University of Piraeus and conducted his PhD research on the management of cellular networks with machine learning techniques. Meanwhile, he became part of our team as a developer. Currently, he leads the architecture design and implementation activities for the company’s solutions for Telco operators and other sectors. He is also part of the H2020/ EU-funded activities as a technical manager.

R&D/ Machine Learning Engineer

Dr. Athina Ropodi holds a Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a PhD in machine learning. She is involved in the design of ML/AI-based solutions for Incelligent’s products and heads the company’s activities in EU-funded research and innovation projects.

Theodoros Xenakis

Data Analyst/Scientist

Theodoros holds a MEng in Computer Engineering and Informatics from the University of Patras. He is experienced in the Telecommunication industry (CRM & Network data) as he has been participating in various project implementations for over 4 years. He is responsible for business requirements analysis, products’ roadmap, as well as data (pre)processing, data quality assurance and feature engineering.

Stefanos Mandalas

Backend Developer

Stefanos Mandalas is a recent addition to product stream team. He extends the core analytics framework with reusable predictive analytics components. He is excited to aid in fields such as Energy and Social Security Risk by powering up modern dashboards with key data insights. He received BSc and MSc from the University of Peloponnese with theses on Compilers and NLP respectively.

Data Scientist

Stefanos is a Data Scientist at Incelligent and has been participating in various project implementations for the Telecommunication sector over the past 2 years. Some of his responsibilities include developing ML and DL models, conducting explanatory analyses, as well as building custom data preprocessing pipelines. He holds a BSc in Statistics from the University of Piraeus, a MSc in Data Science from University of Edinburgh and is currently a MSc candidate in AI and DL at University of West Attica.

Senior Front-End developer

Marios is a senior Front-End developer at Incelligent for the past 2 years. He produces analytical/BI reporting widgets and maps that compliment the company’s sophisticated AI algorithms, by using the most modern JS Frameworks. He holds a diploma in computer science and technology from the university of Peloponnese.

Nikos Tefos

Front-End Developer

Nikos is a Front-end developer at Incelligent for the last year. He transforms data into attractive and modern visualizations applicable to BI and online analytics using Typescript and React. He likes to apply his skills and build features on maps, charts and any kind of diagram. He holds a degree in informatics and telecommunications from the University of Peloponnese and has done research in the field of cybersecurity and graph technology.

Big Data Engineer

Nikos is a Big Data Engineer at Incelligent. He builds and maintains data pipelines and data integration solutions for high-demand clients in Telecommunications and Agricultural sector. He holds a Masters degree from AUEB in Business Analytics and he is a postgraduate candidate in Computer Science at EKPA.

Data Scientist

John is a Data Scientist. He has experience with multiple programming languages and modern cloud technologies. He holds a BSc from the National Kapodistrean University of Athens in Informatics and Telecommunications and an MSc in Data Science from NSRC Democritus and the University of Peloponnese. His interests are football and implementing deep learning models using basketball data.

Machine Learning Engineer

Ignatios recently became part of Incelligent’s team. He is excited about exploring state of the art technologies and is responsible for building, maintaining and orchestrating scaleable machine learning pipelines. Holds a BSc in Computer Science and MSc in Artificial Intelligence.

Data Scientist & AI Engineer

Michael holds a Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering degree from Technical University of Crete and a Master of Science in Computer Science (AI) degree from The University of Texas at Austin. He is passionate about AI research and innovation, having led relevant publications in major international conferences. Currently, as part of Incelligent, he is involved in designing and developing state-of-the-art AI systems related to natural language processing and document information retrieval.
